Making way for a new day.

Days spent carefree, dancing in the rain
Life, nothing but a passing dream.
Now, I’m left alone hoping in vain
Life, much tougher than it seems.

Tears of the heart hidden behind smiles.
A multitude of shades, hiding the real me
This road, I’ll have to travel for miles.
Before the real me I see

Making way for a day worse than the last.
Isn’t this the only moment I can see
Feel and love the real me?

The world, a path difficult to accept.
More difficult it is from its path to stray.

A New Life!!

Beneath the shining, twinkling stars

Dreaming of ships and boats and cars

Those days of innocence flew away

Now there’s nothing to give and nothing to say….

 

We were different people from different worlds

Of which we had never heard

Up till now, different things we had seen

And with different people we had been.

 

What felt so different now feels so close

Whatever i desired, whatever I chose

Turned out to be so right and real…..

Sometimes I am forced to feel

That if you weren’t in sight

Life would be like an endless fight.

 

So come and make my dreams come true

As I stand here, patiently, waiting for you…….
